These terms govern your use of cyberwallinsights.com and the CyberWall Insights service, provided by CyberWall Security, LLC ("CyberWall"). If you have a signed agreement with CyberWall, that agreement controls where it differs from these terms.
The service
CyberWall Insights is a subscription service that reports on activity on Windows computers where you install our agent. We may improve and change features over time.
Your responsibilities
- Use the service only on computers your organization owns or is authorized to manage.
- Give employees any notice, and get any consent, that the law requires where you operate. Our guides are general information, not legal advice.
- Use the service lawfully, and not to harass or discriminate against anyone.
- Keep your login credentials safe and tell us right away about any unauthorized access.
Trials, fees and billing
New customers may receive a 14-day free trial. After the trial, if you keep the service, fees are $4 per active user per month (an active user is one whose computer reported activity in the last 30 days), plus $2 per user per month for the optional screenshots add-on, unless your agreement says otherwise. CyberWall invoices monthly. You may cancel at any time; fees already invoiced are not refunded.
Your data
You own the data the service collects for you. You give us permission to process it only to provide, secure and support the service. Our privacy policy describes how we handle it.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to break, reverse engineer or overload the service, access other customers' data, or use it to build a competing product.
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided "as is." Reports are based on computer activity and are meant to inform decisions, not to be the only basis for them. To the extent the law allows, CyberWall's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and CyberWall is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
