Some businesses need visual proof of work, for training or audits. Screenshots are an optional add-on at $2 per user per month. They are off for every company unless you ask us to turn them on.

Who can turn screenshots on?
Only CyberWall can enable the add-on for a company, at that company's request. That keeps it a deliberate decision.
Can I see screenshots of a locked screen?
No. Captures stop when the screen locks.
How long are screenshots kept?
7, 14 or 30 days, then they're deleted automatically.
Should we tell employees?
Yes. Tell them screenshots are enabled and why. Some states require written notice of electronic monitoring.
