Questions about productivity reports
How is productive time calculated?
Each minute of active time is matched to the app or site in front of the person, then to its category. Idle time is tracked separately.
Can different teams have different rules?
Yes. Set company-wide categories, then override them for a team or an individual.
Does it count meetings?
Time in apps like Microsoft Teams counts based on how you categorize them. We don't connect to calendars.
Is this fair to people who think away from the keyboard?
Use the numbers to start conversations, not to end them. Trends over weeks matter far more than any single day.
