We built Insights by listening to our clients

Common questions
Is employee monitoring legal?
In the U.S., employers can generally monitor company-owned computers. Some states, including New York, Connecticut and Delaware, require written notice. Insights can show employees a monitoring notice, and our monitoring laws guide covers the details. This isn't legal advice, so check with your attorney.
Do you record what people type?
No. Insights measures whether someone is active, never which keys they press. There is no keystroke logging of any kind.
Can you see the websites people visit?
We see site names only, such as youtube.com. We never capture full addresses or what's on the page.
