Here is exactly what happens when you start a CyberWall Insights trial. Most of the work is ours. Your part is one approval and a few setup choices.

Eight steps, most of them ours
Before you sign up: CyberWall deploys the Insights agent through Microsoft Intune. You will need someone with admin rights to your Microsoft 365 and Intune environment to approve the connection. The agent runs on Windows computers.
1. Start your free trial
Fill in the trial form. Before you do, know this: we deploy the Insights agent through Microsoft Intune, so someone with admin rights to your Microsoft 365 and Intune environment will need to approve our connection. If that's not you, loop in your IT contact now. The trial is 14 days with full access.
2. Approve the Intune connection
Your admin approves CyberWall's connection to your Microsoft Intune environment. This is how we deploy and update the agent. If you'd like to talk it through first, our team will walk your admin through exactly what the connection is used for.
3. We deploy the Windows agent
Once the connection is approved, we push the small Insights agent to your company Windows computers through Intune. No one has to visit each desk, and remote laptops install wherever they are online. You can watch devices move from pending to installed in the console.
4. Employees see the monitoring notice
Tell your team before the agent goes live, ideally with a written policy and acknowledgment. The agent can show employees a monitoring notice on their computers. Our policy template and laws guide help with this step.
5. Set schedules and goals
Create work schedules with start, end, break and workdays, and assign employees. Set a productive-hours goal and over- and under-utilization thresholds for each role. Group people into teams so you can filter reports.
6. Review categories
Apps and sites arrive pre-categorized as productive, neutral or unproductive. Check the pending-classification queue, bulk-categorize your business apps, and adjust categories by team or person where roles differ.
7. Set alarms
Choose a few alarms that match real needs, such as USB file copies, file-sharing sites, idle over two hours or after-hours activity. Send notifications to email, Microsoft Teams, Slack or a webhook.
8. Read your first reports
Real-time data appears as soon as agents check in, and daily reports fill in the same day. Give it two to four weeks before setting final goals, then review productivity trends, schedule adherence, usage and workforce cost.

Do I need Microsoft Intune?
Yes. We deploy and update the Insights agent through Microsoft Intune. If your computers aren't in Intune yet, talk to us. As a managed IT provider, we can help.
Who approves the Intune connection?
Someone with administrative rights to your Microsoft 365 and Intune environment. That's often your IT provider or an internal IT person.
Does it work on Macs?
Insights runs on Windows computers today.
How long until I see data?
Real-time data appears once agents check in after deployment. Daily reports fill in the same day.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you keep Insights, billing starts at $4 per active user per month. If not, monitoring stops. There's no cancellation fee.
