Questions about real-time visibility
How current is real-time?
The agent sends short summaries a few times a minute, so status cards are usually less than a minute behind.
What counts as idle?
No mouse or keyboard input for longer than the idle threshold you choose. We measure that input happened, never which keys were pressed.
Can employees see their own status?
Employees see a monitoring notice. Report access is for the managers you choose.
Does it show what's on their screen?
No. Real-time shows the app name or website name. Screen captures exist only in the optional screenshots add-on, which is off by default.
