Security is our number one priority
CyberWall Security runs managed detection and response for businesses every day. We built Insights with the same mindset: collect less, lock down access, and test everything on ourselves first.
How we protect your data
Multi-factor sign-in
Every console login is protected with multi-factor authentication.
Company isolation
Each company's data is kept separate, and every request is checked against the signed-in company.
Least-privilege access
Insights access is granted per manager. People see only what they've been given.
Data minimization
No keystrokes, no content, no full URLs. The safest data is data we never collect.
Signed agent
The Windows agent is code-signed by CyberWall Security, LLC and deployed through Microsoft Intune.
Encrypted in transit
The agent and console talk to our servers over HTTPS. The agent only makes outbound connections.
Safe notifications
Webhooks must use HTTPS and public addresses, so alerts can't be pointed at your internal network.
Automatic deletion
Screenshots, when enabled, expire on a schedule you set.
Tested on us first
Every feature and agent update runs on CyberWall's own computers before any client sees it.
Run by people who protect data for a living
CyberWall Security manages IT and security for businesses, including 24/7 threat detection through CyberWall Shield.
That means the team operating Insights also watches for threats, monitors Microsoft 365 sign-ins and protects backups. If something looks wrong, the people who notice are the people who can fix it.

Security questions
Do you have a SOC 2 report or other certification for Insights?
Not today, and we won't claim one we don't have. We're glad to walk through our controls and answer your security questionnaire directly.
Where is our data stored?
In CyberWall's cloud environment, operated by our team. Contact us for details for your vendor review.
Who at CyberWall can see our data?
Only CyberWall staff who support your account, for support and operations.
Can we get our data out?
Yes. Reports export to CSV, and you can ask us for a copy of your data.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
Monitoring stops when you cancel. Ask us and we'll delete your company's data.
Do you support single sign-on?
Not yet. Console logins use multi-factor authentication.
Have a security questionnaire?
Send it over. A real security engineer will answer it, not a sales script.
