Questions we hear
Do I need to buy a different product for each use case?
No. Every use case and role on this site runs on the same CyberWall Insights subscription. You get all of the reports, schedules, goals and alarms for $4 per active user per month. Screenshots are the only paid add-on, and they're off by default.
Which use case should I start with?
Most clients start with real-time status and the activity dashboard because they fill in the first day. After a week of data, schedule adherence and productivity trends become useful. Cost and capacity reports work best once you've set goals and let a few weeks of history build up.
Does Insights work for teams that aren't at a computer all day?
Insights measures activity on Windows computers where the agent is installed. Phone calls away from the desk, field visits and shop-floor work won't show up, so set goals that reflect how much of each role is computer work.
